Chai's starter Pokémon, named after Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame. A Chatot with the energy and hype to match Chai, her tail is always synced to the beat of the in-game soundtrack. She loves wiggling and grooving, and can't help but bop her head along to the beat whenever she hears music playing. Chai is trying to teach her how to recite Nine Inch Nail lyrics, to little success.

This Pokémon has a cruel disposition.

Notable Features: Notch on left ear
Named after Mimosa, the former head of marketing at Vanelay Technologies. This feisty Noibat flew into Chai's face as he was wandering Union Cave. She's a bit of a diva, eating up any bit of attention she can get, and has a tendency to be overdramatic. If Chai is too slow to feed her, she smacks him with her wings.
She evolved on September 25th, while Chai was training for his first badge.

Pokémon's nest and claims it as its own.
Met in Goldenrod City July 12th, 2023 (level 5)

Characteristic: Somewhat vain
Notable Features: Strangely long-legged
Named after the musician formerly known as Prince. Chai stumbled across this Glameow after climbing out of an Orthworm hole in Goldenrod City, having just been covered in sand by a Silicobra. As he lay there trying to catch his breath, the Glameow came over to him and sat directly on top of his already sandy face.
This kitty grooms itself a lot and is perfectly content to just sit and look pretty. Battling is not his strong suit, but if given the opportunity to show off, he will.
Evolved on September 25th.

This Pokémon is very friendly when its young.
Its disposition becomes vicious once it matures,
but it never forgets the kindness of its master.

Notable Features: Bigger than average
Named after former Vandelay boss Roquefort, Chai found this Rockruff while exploring the Sevii Islands following the Paradox Pokémon fiasco. Like his namesake, Roquefort loves to fight and seems to only get angrier the longer a fight goes on.
